Ingredients
In a blender combine 2 very ripe bananas
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup real maple syrup
¼ tsp real salt
Blend until smooth
In a mixing bowl combine
1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins
(Use nuts and seeds that have been soaked, rinsed, and air dried for a bit, or use nuts and seeds that have previously been soaked and dehydrated.)
Pour banana mixture over nuts and mix thoroughly
Add more nuts, seeds or dried fruit if needed/desired
Place on TexFlex dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 110 degrees. Flip clusters onto mesh sheets after 10-12 hrs of drying. Dehydrate for a total of approximately 24 hrs or until desired crunchiness is reached.
Store in air tight container.

If you’re just going raw or are looking for a delicious, filling snack food, this nutty “granola” is wonderfully sweet and crunchy and is great to keep around for when the munchies strike.
