A lot of stores around here have been having amazingly low prices on avocados, which is wonderful for me. I love avocados! Besides, they are super healthy for your heart and contain over 20 essential nutrients. My favorite way to eat them is to simply cut one in half, take out the pit, and score into bite size pieces. Then I squeeze on a bit of fresh lemon juice (aprox ½ tsp), and sprinkle on a bit of Real salt and add a grind or two of McCormick Garlic Pepper Seasoning. It’s so simple, yet so delicious.
