Ingredients

1 cup hulled buckwheat grouts

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup goji berries

1/2 cup raisins

2 Tbsp quinoa

Cuisine: Prep Time: 10 mins Serving: 3 people

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Rinse well and cover with clean water to soak for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.  (the longer the soak time, the softer the buckwheat and seeds will be) In the morning, drain water.  Place softened cereal in bowl.  Top with fresh fruit, honey, or any other topping of choice.  Leftover cereal can be covered and refrigerated for 7 to 10 days.

This is a great recipe to combine ahead of time and keep on hand in the pantry.  When I soak it, I like to soak enough for a few serving worth so I can just grab it out of the fridge  without needing to soak it the night before every time I want to eat it.
