Ingredients
1 cup asparagus (save tops for garnishing)
1/2 avocado
2 cups spinach
1 stick celery
1 clove garlic
1 green onion
1/2-1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp spirulina or other green powder
1 cup water (more if needed for desired consistency)
Place all ingredients in VitaMix or other high speed blender. Blend until smooth and slightly warm.
Garnish with asparagus tops, red bell peppers, cubed avocado, fresh herbs, or sprouts.
