Description: Our monthly potlucks are a wonderful opportunity to meet and socialize with like minded people, taste and experience new recipes, and renew your excitement for healthy eating!
Come join us for delicious raw vegan cuisine and a mini presentation on medicinal uses of essential oils. There has been a lot of interest in our group surrounding the topic of essential oils, so I’d like to share just a bit about the basics. I’ll be teaching a more comprehensive class on essential oils the following Tuesday at 7 pm.
Please bring a raw vegan creation to share that will serve at least 8-12 people. As always, you are more then welcome to invite friends to come along.
For those who are interested, there will be freshly brewed kombucha to purchase as well as a limited amount of desserts and snacks.
